3 Day Samburu safari itinerary
Nairobi –Samburu national Reserve
We will meet you at your Hotel in Nairobi at 7. am for a short brief of your safari before departing to Samburu National reserve, crossing the thorny landscape of Samburu County. Samburu national reserve is known for the presence of unique species such as Gravy’s Zebra, the long-necked Gerenuk, among the wildlife that shares this semi-arid habitat. Arrive Samburu on time for lunch, after lunch proceed for afternoon game drive till late evening in search of wildlife such as reticulated Giraffe, Gravy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx and the blue necked Somalia ostrich. Dinner and overnight at a Samburu Simba Lodge.
Full Day Game drive in Samburu
We’ll enjoy a full day of game drive as we traverse the expansive and renowned Masai Mara Game Reserve, which is a wildlife paradise where every type of animal can be found. “Mara” translates to “spotted, speckled, and dotted.” In the afternoon, you can choose to visit the Masai Village or take a closer look at the animals. We will have dinner and spend the night at a self-contained tented camp.
Samburu –Nairobi
Please take note of the following information:
Enjoy breakfast and then have the option to visit the Masai Villages to learn more about their culture and traditions. Afterward, depart for Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon.
